Shri P. Konwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain developments during the pendency of this writ petition, he would not like to pursue this anymore.
Shri R. Dhar, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 1.
Shri S. Sarma, learned Sr. Counsel who is present for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that affidavit-in-opposition has already been filed in which it has been stated that the services of the petitioner was on contractual basis.
Be that as it may, in view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands closed.
