ORDER

By this writ petition, a select list dated 12.12.2010 issued by the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Assam is assailed which is annexed as Annexure E.
A perusal of Annexure E makes it discernible that it is a declaration of result of written test for the post of Supervisors (ICDS) by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam. It is stated that in the meantime, the select list had been acted upon and the concerned selected persons had already been appointed.
None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
