Heard Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, who submits that during the
pendency of this writ petition, the tender itself has been withdrawn and, therefore, the challenge to

the decision of the authorities to reject the technical bid of the petitioner has become infructuous. The aforesaid position has also been confirmed by Mr. R.M. Das, leaned Standing Counsel, N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, who has produced the notification dated 01/09/2022, notifying the cancellation of the tender.
Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the sides, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
