Heard Ms. P. Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Also heard Mr. P. Bora, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in WP(C) No. 444/2019.
It is submitted by both the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as for the private respondents that the disputes in these writ petitions have already been settled outside the Court.
In view of the above, on instruction of the petitioners, Ms. P. Bhattacharya, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of these writ petitions.
