The Chairman of Darrang Zilla Parishad, Darrang, Assam, respondent No. 3 in WP(C) No.6902/2021 preferred this Interlocutory Application for modification of the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 6902/2021.
On instructions of the applicant, Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file afresh as and when fresh cause of action arises.
Prayer is allowed.
