Ms. D. Ghosh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Deed Writers are being given licences by the authorities without the authorities considering the required number of Deed Writers for a particular office. She submits that licences should not be issued further for Deed Writers by the Deputy Commissioner, Hatsingimari. She submits that the petitioners’ representation dated Nil has been submitted to the Deputy Commissioner, South Salmara, Mankachar, Hatsingimari, which has not been decided till

Mr. B.J. Talukdar, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. N. Barman, learned counsel for all the respondents submits that the writ petition should be dismissed, as the petitioners have not been able to show that any right of the petitioners has been violated.

On considering the fact that the petitioners have not been able to show that any fundamental or legal right of theirs has been violated, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

¶26

However, the petitioners are given the liberty to file a representation to the concerned authority with regard to their grievances. The concerned authority is expected to take a decision on the same, within a reasonable time period.
