Heard Ms. S Newar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. M Hazarika, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and Ms. N Bordoloi, learned Standing counsel, Revenue Department, Assam for the respondent No. 1. Also heard Mr. B J Talukdar, learned Senior Counsel as well as Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam assisted by Ms. N Bordoloi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and Ms. S Sharma, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent Nos. 3 to 8.
On instructions of the petitioners, Ms. S Newar, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with a liberty to file afresh as and when fresh cause of action arises.
Prayer allowed.
Liberty as prayed for, so granted.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
