Heard Ms. N. Dey, learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners and Ms. S. Sarma, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the opposite party/respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Also heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the opposite party/respondent Nos. 6 to 15.

By this Interlocutory Application, the applicants/petitioners have prayed for correction of an inadvertent typographical error occurred in the connected WP(C) No. 2358/2022 regarding the name of the respondent No. 13, Sri Purna Bora, son of late Joyguram Bora as Sri Purna Gogoi, son of late Joyguram Gogoi.

Considering the above, the Court is of the view that the applicants/petitioners are allowed to correct the name of the respondent No. 13, Sri Purna Bora, son of late Joyguram Bora instead of Sri Purna Gogoi, son of late Joyguram Gogoi in the connected WP(C) No. 2358/2022.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
