The parties before this Court have stated that the instant case was referred to mediation vide an order dated 19.03.2022 passed by this Court in I.A (Civil) No.1599/2020. On the basis of such reference a Mediation Case No.10/2021 was registered. In terms of the said mediation report the parties have agreed to certain terms and conditions as stated therein.
Accordingly, as the parties have duly agreed to the said terms and conditions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of on the basis of the mediation report and the agreed terms and conditions as contained in the mediation report shall be a part of the instant order.
With the above observations the writ petition stands disposed of.
