None appears for the Petitioners on call. I have heard Mr. J. Handique, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. None appears for the Respondent No. 4.
The instant writ petition has been filed on account of the inaction of the Respondent authorities in taking steps in respect to the FIR dated 30/3/2012 lodged by the Petitioner, which was registered as Latasil P.S. Case No. 83/2012 under Sections 465/468/471/419/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the order dated 26/03/2014 passed by this Court that the steps have been taken to bring the investigation to its logical conclusion.
In that view of the matter, as the basic grievance of the Petitioners was the inaction of the Respondents to act upon the FIR dated 30/3/2012 had been met and steps have been taken to bring the investigation to its logical conclusion, this Court is of the opinion, that the matter does not require any further adjudication from this Court and accordingly the instant petition stands disposed off.
