Mr. D. Mozumdar, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S.K. Deori, learned counsel for the writ petitioner in both the cases submits that he has received written instruction from his client to
withdraw the writ petitions, contending that an out of Court settlement has been reached by and between the parties.
Mr. Mozumdar has also produced a copy of the letter dated 01/06/2022 issued by his client M/s. T.K. Engineering Consortium Pvt. Ltd. and has prayed for an order disposing of both these writ petitions on withdrawal.
Mr. U.K. Nair, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. R.K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL) submits that he would have no objection if the writ petitions are allowed to be withdrawn without any further condition. Having regard to the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for both the sides, these writ petitions stand disposed of on withdrawal.
A copy of the letter dated 01/06/2022 be retained on record.
Interim order passed earlier shall stand vacated.
