The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the Notice Inviting Tender dated 24.03.2022 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Nagaon Circle, Irrigation.
The learned Standing Counsel for the Irrigation Department has brought to the attention of this Court that the said tender has been cancelled due to technical reasons on 5/4/2022 and has placed on record a notice for cancellation dated 5/4/2022. The said notice is kept on record and marked with the letter “X”.
In view of the said cancellation of the said tender, nothing survives in the instant writ petition and accordingly the petition stands closed.
