This is an application filed by the Petitioners as Applicants for impleading the Opposite Party No. 5 as the Respondent No. 5 in the instant writ petition.
Taking into consideration the allegations made in the writ petition against the Opposite Party No. 5 and that the Opposite Party No. 5’s presence would be required for the proper adjudication of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to implead the Opposite Party No. 5 as the Respondent No. 5 in the writ petition.
