Heard Mr. M.U. Mondal, learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that he does not want to press the instant writ petition.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
It is made clear that the dismissal of the instant petition on withdrawal shall not affect the petitioner’s case in the proceeding i.e. R.A. 52 (Hojai)/2021 pending before the Assam Board of Revenue.
The Assam Board of Revenue shall deal with the said proceeding i.e. Case No. R.A. 52 (Hojai)/2021 in accordance with law.
