This writ petition is not in the format prescribed by the Gauhati High Court Rules as it does not contain the cause title, i.e., the names of the parties in the body of the petition. But those are in a different page annexing the same prior to the Synopsis of the case.
On instructions of the petitioners, Ms. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file afresh rectifying the defects in the petition.
