Heard Mr. R.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. G.N. Sahewalla, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. B. Baishya, learned counsel for the respondents.
Mr. G.N. Sahewalla, learned senior counsel for the respondents have placed before this Court a communication dated 23.08.2022 addressed by the General Manager, ONGC whereby the contract entered into with the appellant has been terminated.
As final order has now been passed and the contract has been terminated, the cause of this appeal would not survive.
The writ appeal stands disposed of.
However, disposal of this appeal shall not prejudice the rights of either of the parties.
