Heard Mr. S.C. Keyal, learned counsel for the review petitioner in the GST and Dr. A. Saraf, learned senior counsel for the respondent. 2. Mr. S.C. Keyal makes a statement that the review petition is instituted with a limited purpose that some time to be allowed to the authorities to comply with the requirement of the order dated 27.07.2018 in WP(C) No. 5353/2014 and 11.10/2018 in I.A.(Civil) No. 3313/2018, requiring the authorities for constituting the Investment Appraisal Committee (IAC). It is stated that no further issues are required to be gone into in this review petition.

In view of the limited grievance raised, further 3 months time from today is allowed to the authorities in the GST to constitute the IAC as required by the aforesaid two orders and to do the needful as required to be done as per the said two orders.

Review petition stands closed in the above manner.
