This interlocutory application has been filed for correction of the

inadvertent typing errors, which have crept in the order dated 02.03.2022 passed in WP(C) 80 (AP)/2022.
Accordingly, the appropriate corrections are made to the following effect:-
a) In the second line of paragraph 2, the words “of land in Yealiang Village, Sunpura under Lohit District” should now be read as “of land in Digaru Area, Sunpura under Lohit District”.
b) In the ninth line of paragraph 2, the words “that on 20.08.2021, the petitioner had submitted a representation regarding” should now be read as “that on 15.09.2021 and 19.10.2021, the petitioner had submitted representations regarding”.
c) In fourth line of paragraph 4, the words “that by Annexure-11 to the writ petition, a representation was submitted before the Deputy Commissioner, Lohit District on 20.08.2021, the Court is of the considered view that ends of justice would be met by issuing a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Lohit District, Tezu (respondent no.4) to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 20.08.2021 (Annexure-11)” should now be read as “that by Annexure-15 and Annexure-17 to the writ petition, representations were submitted before the Deputy Commissioner, Lohit District on 15.09.2021 and 19.10.2021, the Court is of the considered view that ends of justice would be met by issuing a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Lohit District, Tezu (respondent no.4) to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner on 15.09.2021 and 19.10.2021 (Annexure-15 and Annexure-17)”
d) In the sixth line of paragraph 5, the words “if the representation submitted on 20.08.2021 (Annexure-11) is not already disposed of” should now be read as “if the representations submitted on 15.09.2021 (Annexure-15) and 19.10.2021 (Annexure17) are not already disposed of”.
