Heard Mr. T. Son, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. R. Basar, learned Government Advocate for the respondent No. 9 and Mr. K. Lollen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, 3 & 4.
None appears for the respondent Nos. 2, 6, 7 & 8 despite service of notice upon them. Therefore, it is proposed to hear the parties on the prayer being made in this Interlocutory Application.
It is to be noted here, that this Interlocutory Application that is filed by the applicant Shri Domin Lomi for substitution of Shri Dumar Ingo, in place of Lt. Kido Ingo, who was impleaded as respondent No. 5 in Civil Revision No.10(AP)/2019 as a necessary party, who had suffered demise.
Mr. Son, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent No. 5, Shri Kido Ingo suffered sudden demise after filing of this Civil Revision No.10(AP)/2019, and in his place his son’s name is required to be impleaded as

respondent No. 5.
Ms. Basar, learned Government Advocate for the respondent No. 9 and Mr. K. Lollen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, 3 & 4, submits that they have no objection in allowing this application.
Having heard the submission of the learned Advocates of both sides and also going through the facts and circumstances available on record, this Court is the view that this application has to be allowed for substituting the name of Shri Dumar Ingo in place of Lt. Kido Ingo as a respondent No. 5.
In terms of above, this Interlocutory Application stands dispose of.
