Heard Mr. A. Ganguly, the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Ms. B. Choudhury, the learned counsel submits that she has no instructions to appear in this matter though her junior, on an earlier occasion, i.e. on 12.09.2022, accepted notice in this matter.
Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that taking into account the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in CRP(IO) No.87/2022 by this Court as well as the order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Title Suit No.10/2016 by the Court of the Munsiff No.1, North Lakhimpur, he would not like to press the instant petition.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed on withdrawal however subject to the observation made in the order passed today (i.e., 03.11.2022) in CRP(IO) No.87/2022.
