Heard Mr. S Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant.
In the order dated 09.12.2021 in Crl.Pet./733/2021 it was directed that the petitioner would appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kamrup(M) on or before 06.12.2021.
The order actually intended the date to be 06.01.2022 but inadvertently 06.12.2021 was recorded in the order. Accordingly, the order dated 09.12.2021 stands modified by directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kamrup(M) on or before 25.01.2022.
I.A. stands allowed with the above terms.
The other terms of the order dated 09.12.2021 in Crl. Pet. 733/2021 shall remain same as provided in the said order.
