After hearing the learned counsel and on perusal of the averments made in paragraphs 5 and 6, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient reasons for not being able to file the criminal revision in time.

Accordingly, the delay in filing the connected criminal revision is condoned and the IA stands allowed.
