Heard Mr. A. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present application is filed under Section 11 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 inter alia alleging willful disobedience and deliberate violation of the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No.4135/2018.
Considering the directions issued by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2022, we find that there is no willful and deliberate violation of the aforesaid direction and, therefore, instead of taking cognizance of the matter, we deem it fit to direct the authorities to implement the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 23.02.2022 within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observation, the contempt petition stands closed.
