Heard Mr. J Laskar, learned counsel for the applicant who submits that the applicant in the instant application should also be made a party in the case as he is also a member of the Board of Directors. He also submits that writ petitioner Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 are no longer members of the Board of Directors. He also submits that the material facts have been given from this Court, which the applicant would like to bring on record.
Mr. ABT Hoque , learned counsel for the writ petitioner objects to the prayer for impleadment.
Mr. G Bordoloi, learned counsel for the Co-operation Department submits that he does have any objection.
On considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for the party and on perusing the materials on records, this Court is of the view that the applicant be impleaded as a party in the case as respondent No.5 in the writ petition.
Registry to make necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition. The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
