Heard Shri K. Mira, learned counsel for the applicant / writ petitioner, who by means of this application has sought impleadment of the Addl. Chief Secretary, Government of Assam, Department of Personnel (B) as party respondent no. 7. The learned counsel submits that the impugned order has been issued by the said authority who however was not impleaded as a party respondent.

In view of the above, this Court allows this petition by impleading the Addl. Chief Secretary, Government of Assam, Department of Personnel (B) as party respondent no. 7.
