Mr. P. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the original respondent submits that the matter has already been heard by the opposite party Sri Jayant Narlikar and the award is likely by the end of this month. Therefore, he would have no objection if the prayer is allowed.
In view of the above, the opposite-party Sri Jayant Narlikar be impleaded as respondent in the connected contempt case, in place of the original respondent Late Rajesh Prasad (IAS). Registry to carry-out the necessary correction in the Cause Title.
