The present application has been filed for making certain corrections in the name of the father of the applicant in the pleadings as well as in the order passed by this Court on 20.05.2022 in the connected WP(C) No.3251/2022.
It has been submitted that the name of the biological father of the applicant is late Lannan Ali after whose death, his mother got married to one Md. Mogreb Ali. Accordingly, in the records maintained by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Border), City-Guwahati, the applicant’s name has been recorded as son of Md. Mogreb Ali instead of son of late Lannan Ali. Accordingly, necessary correction has been sought for in the petition as well as in the order dated 20.05.2022 as otherwise the applicant will not be able to get the benefit of the interim order dated 20.05.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and the application, not being objected to, is allowed.
Let the name of the step-father of the applicant, Md. Mogreb Ali, be also shown in the cause-title as well as in the order dated 20.05.2022.
The order passed by this Court on 20.05.2022 will, accordingly, be read in the light of the above observation and order.
The IA is accordingly allowed.
