On hearing, the counsel for the applicant, the court finds it fit to for stay of the operation of the Judgment & Award in MACT Case No.24(D)/2018 dated 02.08.2019 passed by the learned Tribunal Nalbari subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit 50% of the award amount with the Registry within 6 (six) weeks which may be collected by the claimant after due verification.
