This is an application for correction of certain typographical error which is reflected at paragraph Nos. 3 and 4. The petitioner’s husband is a cancer patient but in the order it has been reflected that the petitioner is a cancer patient. Therefore in line No. 10 at paragraph No. 2 “the petitioner is a cancer patient” be corrected as “petitioner’s husband is a cancer patient”. Similar correction is required to be made at fifth line at paragraph No. 4 i.e. “the petitioner in his treatment” be corrected as “the petitioner in her husband’s treatment”. The figure of Rs. 15,8,048/- at the sub paragraph (i) of the paragraph 4 be corrected as Rs. 15,08,048/-.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking note of the treatment of the husband of the present petitioner, this court directed to pay the amount mentioned at paragraph 4(i) within a period of six weeks, however same has not been reflected in the order. Such submission is also endorsed by the learned counsel for the respondents fairly. This court also recalls dictating such order, however, same is not reflected in the order. Accordingly it is clarified that the amount reflected at paragraph 4(i) be paid within a period of six weeks from furnishing a copy of today’s order before the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

In the aforesaid term, this IA stands disposed of.
