Heard Mr. S. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. S. Roy, learned counsel for the respondent Bharat Petroleum Limited and Mr. P. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondent Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

This is an application for impleadment of the applicant as party respondent No. 5 in the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 395/2019. The dispute involves the legality of allotment of the petrol pump by Bharat Petroleum Limited in favour of the applicant and therefore in considered opinion of this Court, that the applicant is necessary party for adjudication of WP(C) No. 395/2019.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.

The present applicant be arrayed as respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 395/2019.
