Ms. A. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the cause title to the writ petition [WP(C) No. 6646/2010] should be corrected by showing the applicant as member of the Assam Chah Karmachari Sangha, Panitola Circle, District Tinsukia, instead of member of Akhil Bharatiya Chah Mazdoor Sangh.
Mr. P. Hazarika, learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that he has got no objection to the application being allowed.
In view of the submissions of the learned counsels for the parties, this interlocutory application is allowed.
The writ petitioners are allowed to make necessary correction to the cause title of the writ petition by hand during the course of the day.
The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
