By way of this bail application filed under Section 438 CrPC, petitioner, namely, Sanjit Chandra Nath, has sought for pre-arrest bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Dhubri PS Case No. 670/2021, registered under Sections 120B/420/465/468/406/506 IPC
Heard the learned counsel for both the parties.
Also perused the record and the Case Diary.
In terms of the allegation, several witnesses have been examined by this time. All of

them have stated that the accused petitioner with declaration that tailoring classes will be conducted for woman for cutting and sewing (cutting and sewing centre) and for that purpose, he had collected Rs. 1,000/- each from the women, through his agents, but without conducting such training, he fled away with an amount of Rs. 5 lacs.
Considering all entirety of the matter and the complicity of the petitioner in the offence alleged, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the present petitioner and his bail application is accordingly rejected. Return the Case Diary.
