Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners in connection with Barpeta P.S. Case No. 50/2022 under section 120(B)/304 IPC vide charge-sheet no. 372/2022 dated 30.04.2022.
Having noted that the petitioner is on interim pre-arrest bail by order dated 28.04.2022, the Court is inclined to extend the interim protection for further period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, by which time, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
Application stands disposed of.
