Heard Mr. R. A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned APP appearing for the State.
Mr. Goswami, learned APP has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners in connection with Hajo P.S. Case No. 665/2022 under sections 498(A)/307 IPC vide charge-sheet no. 295/2022 dated 31.07.2022.
Having noted that the petitioners are on interim pre-arrest bail by order dated 15.07.2022, the Court is inclined to extend the interim protection for further period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, by which time, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the learned jurisdictional Court and apply for bail.
Application stands disposed of.
