Heard Mr. KU Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that the petitioners were working under the Assam Police Radio Organisation and they have participated in various competitions during their service period and three team members have been promoted out of turn. As the petitioners are also expecting out of turn promotions, they have submitted representation dated 13.08.2021 to the respondent No.2 praying for out of turn promotions. However, the same has not been considered till date.

petitioners is only to issue a direction to the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 13.08.2021, which has not been objected by the respondents counsel, the respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the petitioners’ representation dated 13.08.2021 at the earliest, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
