Heard Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. C. S. Hazarika, learned Government Advocate Assam for the respondent Nos. 1, 4 & 5. Also heard Mr. A. Roy, learned Standing counsel, P&RD Department for the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6, 9 & 10.
It is submitted by Mr. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this writ petition, the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri vide No. DDP-9/2019/147 dated 04.10.2021 issued an order whereby the petitioner got relief as prayed for in this petition.
As such, on instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Hussain, learned counsel is not pressing this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
A copy of the order dated 04.10.2021 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri, be kept as a part of the record.
