Heard Mr. R Mazumdar learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.P Choudhury, learned CGC, who submits that the disciplinary proceedings has been completed against the petitioner and the penalty is going to be imposed. However, due to the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have not given effect to the order of penalty.
Mr. S.P Choudhury submits that he will give the copy of the order passed in pursuance to the disciplinary proceedings to the petitioner, within a week.
In view of the above submission made by Mr. S.P Choudhury, Mr. R. Mazumdar learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the writ
