Heard Mr. H. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also heard Mr. R.K. Talukdar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, Mr. K.R. Patgiri, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 and Mr. N. Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1,3 and 5.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issues involved in the petition has been resolved between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 by an agreement dated 6/12/2019, annexed here in the petition as Annexure-3 therefore, necessary order as per law may be passed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 3.
In view of the submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a
direction that the Department shall pass appropriate order as per law.
