This is an application praying for impleadment of the new incumbent of the Director of Education (Elementary), Govt. of Assam. It is submitted by the learned counsel that this impleadment of the new Direcor is nessecited due to retirement of the earlier Director Mr. S.K. Bhuyan.
Mr. SMT Chistie, learned Standing Counsel Education Department (Elementary) appears on behalf of the respondent No. 2. The prayer for impleadment is allowed.
Let notice be issued to the newly impleaded respondent No. 2. The petitioner shall take steps for sending notice to the newly impleaded respdonent making the same returnable within 3 weeks.
