By this I.A, the petitioner No. 1 wants himself to withdraw from the writ petition.
Mr. Marge D. learned counsel for the applicant submits that though initially the applicant was petitioner No. 1, he being an elder in the society does not want to be a part of the litigation. He accordingly, filed this application for withdrawal of his name.
Ms. K. Wangmo, learned State Counsel does not object to the aforesaid application.
This Court has seen that even after withdrawal of the applicant as petitioner No. 1, there are other petitioners, who are competent to maintain the litigation.
