Heard Mr. P.K. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. D. Talukdar, learned counsel for the private respondent.
By this interlocutory application, the applicants Kalpana Das and Gauri Sankar Das, who happens to be the parents of the deceased prays for impleadment as party respondents in the criminal petition and giving an opportunity of hearing in the proceeding.
On hearing both the sides, the prayer is allowed.
The applicants, namely, Kalpana Das and Gauri Sankar Das be impleaded as party respondents in the criminal petition No. 993/2018 and be given an opportunity of hearing.
