This application has been filed for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased respondent Jiten Sinha.
There is another prayer in this application. It has been prayed that the name of the respondent Antai Sinha is to be struck off from the memo of appeal.
The names of the legal heirs of Jiten Sinha are given in paragraph-8 of this petition. Their names shall be substituted in place of the deceased respondent Jiten Sinha. Further the name of the respondent No. 2(d) Antai Sinha shall be struck off from the memo of appeal at the risk of the appellant.
With the aforesaid direction, the I.A. stands disposed of.
