Although the present incumbent Director of Elementary Education, Assam, Dr. Bijoya Choudhury is sought to be impleaded as respondent/contemnor no. 5 in Cont. Cas(C) No. 452/2018, but it is stated that the said respondent had not been informed about the order passed by the Court which is alleged to have been willfully and deliberately violated.
In the circumstance, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after serving a copy of the order which is alleged to have been violated upon the respondent Dr. Bijoya Choudhury.
I.A. stands closed.
