Heard Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr. G.J. Saikia, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party/appellant.
Taking into consideration the grounds narrated in the interlocutory application, I am of the opinion that this is a fit case for expeditious disposal of the said Second Appeal, more so, the Second Appeal pertain to the year of 2011. Accordingly the Registry is directed to list the Second Appeal on 07.12.2021 for Hearing.
