Since the connected appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and award dated 21.11.2014, passed by the Additional District Judge No. 4, FTC Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 771/2005 and MAC Case No. 2451/2005 shall remain stayed, subject to payment of 50 % of the awarded amount in the Registry of this Court within next six (6) weeks.
