Heard Mr. N. Das, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S. Banik, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The present application has been filed for making correction in the order dated 14.07.2021 passed in CRP 36/2015.
In the aforesaid order, the name of Mr. N. Das was reflected as the counsel representing the respondent. Today, Mr. Das has submitted that at that time he was not the engaged counsel for the respondent. Therefore, Mr. Das submits that his name should be removed from the order dated 14.07.2021.
The correction prayed for by Mr. Das would not prejudice any one. Therefore, no notice is required to the other side.
It is hereby directed that henceforth, the name of Mr. N. Das shall not be shown as the counsel representing the respondent in the order dated 14.07.2021 passed in CRP 36/2015.
With the direction, the interlocutory application is disposed of.
This order shall form part of the order dated 14.07.2021 passed in CRP 36/2015.
