Heard Mr. R. Singha, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

By this application, the applicant/petitioner prays for impleadement of the new incumbents namely, Shri Amarjyoti Barman, Secretary, Department of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar as well as Shri J.P. Brahma, Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar as party respondents Nos. 5 and 6 in the connected Cont. Cas(C) No. 210/2020.

It is seen that the applicant has already submitted representation before the new Secretary, Department of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar on 27.11.2020 about the judgment and order dated 29.07.2019 passed in WP(C) No. 2948/2017 and about the pendency of the contempt case which was duly received by the office of the Secretary, Department of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar on 03.12.2020. Similarly, the applicant has filed application before the Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar on 04.12.2020.

In view of the above, this Interlocutory Application for impleadement of the new incumbents, noted above, is allowed.
