By filing this petition under Section 438 of the CrPC, petitioner Ranjit Deori has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with the Bihpuria P.S. Case No.433/2021, registered under Section 498 (A) of the IPC.

On instruction, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent has submitted that charge sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No.270/2021, dated 26.07.2021 before the learned trial Court.
In view of above, interim bail is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will appear before the learned trial Court, after receipt of summons from the Court.
