Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, electricity has been restored in the petitioner’s premises and, therefore, his client is satisfied with the action taken by the APDCL authorities.
Mr. H.K. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL, appearing for the official respondents
submits that upon restoration of the electricity, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and, therefore, no live issue survives in this writ petition for adjudication by this Court.
Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties and as agreed to by them, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
