Heard Mr. U.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the writ petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Kausik, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 4 who submits that by order dated 11-08-2020 the respondent No. 2 has already rejected the claim of the petitioner and therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Similar is the stand of Mr. A. Deka, learned counsel representing respondent No. 5.

Responding to the above, Mr. Goswami submits that the order dated 11-08-2020 has been assailed by the writ petitioner by filing a fresh writ petition under filing No. 6398/20, which is yet to be listed before this Court.

Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for all the parties, I dispose of this writ petition as infructuous by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate all his grievances including those arising out of the order dated 11-08-2020, in the freshly instituted writ petition, if necessary, by filing additional pleadings.

It is also made clear that disposal of this writ petition shall be without prejudice to the rights and contention of the petitioner in the pending writ petition.
